All our products are fragrance-free, toxin-free, hypoallergenic, BPA-free, gluten-free, and free of any animal testing. We don’t have any of the common chemical irritants you might find in other personal care products and we don’t secretly add in masking fragrances or botanical extracts that could be allergens. Boldly Basic Family Pack works on all hair and skin types and is safe for daily use across your entire family.

Directions

Shampoo: Wet hair, apply, lather, rinse, and repeat if necessary. For best results, follow with Boldly Basic Conditioner.

Conditioner: After shampooing with Boldly Basic Shampoo, work a generous amount of conditioner into hair. Allow it to remain for 1 – 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Face Wash: Wet face, apply, lather, and rinse.

Body Wash: Squeeze body wash on to wet pouf, washcloth, or hands. Apply, lather and rinse.

Shipping Information

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout according to the amount of products you order. We offer two different shipping rates:

STANDARD: 3-4 business days shipping.
EXPRESS: 1-2 business days shipping.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is being prepared to be shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 4 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact us via the Contact Us section of our website.

Damages
Boldly Basic will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Boldly Basic is not responsible for lost or stolen orders that have been confirmed successfully as delivered. We do not refund or resend orders that have been confirmed by the courier as successfully delivered and are reported to be lost or stolen.

Do you use any fragrances in your products?

Absolutely not! We don't have any synthetic fragrances, natural fragrances, masking fragrances, natural extracts or botanical extracts. We know many brands secretly sneak fragrances into their products via "Unscented" labeling, but we were built for people looking to avoid irritating fragrances in their shower products. The only smell our products have is the natural scent of safe ingredients.

Are your products gentle on skin?

Yes! Our products are Dermatologist Tested to be gentle on all skin types. Our formulations were shown to be non-irritating in clinical tests, and we are Doctor Approved and Doctor Recommended.

Do you have any harmful toxins in your formulations?

As we proudly display on our label, our products have no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no dyes, no formaldehyde, no proteins, no lanolin, no silicones, and no betaine.

Is there gluten or nuts in your products?

Nope! For those seeking to avoid these food allergies being absorbed into your skin, we are free of both.
